Working as the only inhouse graphic designer at Online Marketing leaders ReachLocal meant I was the go to person for the creation of literally any type of internal communications. Over the years I have designed a huge range of collateral for sales team incentives, posters and flyers for charity events, award templates, HTML emails, and even the staff intranet on WordPress. I also redesigned the staff newsletter with the aim to increase staff engagement – the new design saw a jump in open rate from 40% to 80%! Here are just a few examples of my internal ReachLocal work:
